Community Rules

This page will advise you of our community rules that you must adhere to at all times.

IMPORTANT

Staff reserves the right to mute, kick, timeout, ban, or warn any member of this server at their own discretion, upon disobeying community/roleplay rules or a staff member.

You, as a part of this server, are expected to abide by all of our rules. By chatting, communicating, being a part of, or in any other method interacting with the Queens County Roleplay infrastructure, you agree to abide by our rules at all times including any future changes, whilst carrying zero expectations from being exempted for breaking any rule.

Abusing any particular loopholes in our rules is not permitted, and is subject to disciplinary action at a staff member's discretion.

If you have moderation-related concerns, please DM a moderator directly.

§ Rule 1 - Harmful Content

Harmful content (such as viruses, pornographic, violent content, or more) has no place in this server or the DMs of our members and can result in disciplinary action.

§ Rule 2 - Religious and political

Religious or political-related stuff may be discussed respectfully. However, arguing, disrespecting, degrading, or making fun of religious or political-related stuff will result in disciplinary action.

§ Rule 3 - Messages and text / voice channels

Make sure you’re chatting in the correct text channels (i.e. when something is media-related, post it in the media text channel).

For moderation purposes, this server is English only everywhere.

While profanity is permitted everywhere on this server, what is considered severe profanity, harassment, insulting or hate speech, sexual content, or anything alike, is not permitted anywhere on this server.

§ Rule 4 - Respect

Treat all members of the Queens County Roleplay community with respect and courtesy. No slurs, epithets, or otherwise bigotry and attacks on a particular group of people. Some examples include language or memes that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, sexist, derogatory towards mental conditions, etc. This also includes displaying discrimination or disrespect through the DMs of our members.

§ Rule 5 - Roles and ranks

Do not unnecessarily ping roles or users. Do NOT beg for roles or any sort of rank within our infrastructure. And, always follow the Chain Of Command whether that would be staff or members of QCRP.

§ Rule 6 - Advertisement

Unauthorized advertising, backstage recruiting (BSR), or anything alike is not tolerated in this server or in the DMs of our members.

§ Rule 7 - Inappropriate profiles

No inappropriate profiles (usernames, nicknames, avatars, linked accounts, playing status). This can include: zalgo, blank names, block letters, unusual unicode, political views, attention-seeking names, overly lengthy usernames, slurs, or any other offensive material.
